We will explore the profound and heart-opening poetry of Rumi, Hafiz, and other ancient and modern poets as we enter and refresh meditation practice -- work on the cushion and yoga mat that helps us explore our inner life as well as enliven everyday living and relationships. 

 Classes are held at Firefly Farm Retreat in Ithaca on Tuesdays at 6:00-7:30 PM Feb: 6, 13, 20, 27.
