An 8-week online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program that will begin with an introduction on February 23. This course is designed to help reduce stress and stress-related conditions. You will learn to participate in your own health and well-being with mindfulness practices, understand the science of stress cycles and coping responses, be more present to yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
